program is only available during open enrollment periods determined
by the state of Michigan. Contact your local Department of Human Services
(DHS) office. It covers visits to an assigned Primary Care Physician
(PCP), referrals to specialists, referrals for outpatient diagnostic
services and procedures and prescription drugs (see
Benefits in Brief). |
